When drafting your own letter...
Add a subject line at the top after "Dear MP/PM" -- Stating "A Letter in opposition to Bill C-9"
Massage the language as desired
Read through the concerns listed and add and remove as needed
Be concise, polite, and respectful throughout the letter.
Keep a copy of your letter and follow up if you do not receive a reply in a reasonable time.
