COMMUNION SUNDAY: Your Upper Room
Series: Communion Sunday
You know, when we come to church and we sit through a Communion service, we walk through this meal, we read through the Lord’s Supper from one of the Gospels, and we think about the Bread and the Cup, the Body and the Blood, that Jesus sacrificed for us for eternal life. But the room we sit in (in church) isn’t THE Upper Room. We know we are far from that original scene and our heads and our hearts are, at least at first, in disconnect. Find youself in the story of the Lord's Supper and find your Upper Room.
