    Associate Pastor
        - Worship Arts and Missions

2. Purpose of position:           
To provide Christ-centered leadership, teaching, discipling, and team building ministry to help people grow in maturity in Christ through worship and missionary involvement; locally and globally.

3. Reports to:   The Senior Pastor and the Board of Elders

4. Relates closely with:           
The Senior Pastor and other staff and the Worship and Outreach Teams.
